YouTube is a US video sharing website it headquarters which in California headquarters in Brunei. Three former
PayPal activists - Chad Herrelli ,
Steve Chen and Jawed Karim- created this service in February 2005. Google bought the
site for $
1 .65 billion in November 2006; YouTube now works as a subsidiary of
Google.

Steve Chen and Jawed Karim, who was the primary employee of PayPal.
According to a story
repeated in the media, Harley and Chen developed YouTube in early 2005, after sharing the video shot in a
dinner party in Chen's apartment in San Francisco in early 2005.
Karim did not attend the party
and denied that it happened, but Chen commented that YouTube was
established after the dinner party, "the idea was too powerful
by marketing the concepts of creating a very harmful story".
Karim said that YouTube's first inspiration came from the role of Janet Jackson in the 2004 Super Bowl event
when his breasts were
released during his performance and later from the 2004 Indian Ocean
tsunami.
Karim did not easily find video
clips of online events, which led to a video sharing site. Huey and Chen said that the original
idea of YouTube was a video version of the online dating service and was
affected by the Hot or Note website.
The difficulty of finding
enough dating videos leads to a change in plan, the site's founder accepts uploads of a video.
YouTube allows users to upload,
view, rate, share, add to playlists, video reports, comment, and subscribe to
other users. It offers a wide range of user-generated and corporate media
videos.
YouTube and its creators earn
advertising revenue from Google AdSense ,
a program that targets advertisements by site content and audience. It is free
to watch a large part of its videos, but there are exceptions, including
subscription-based premium channels, movie rentals, YouTube music, and YouTube
premiums, increased premiums including
subscription services, and ad-free music
streaming and ads. Free access to all content, including exquisite content from
significant personalities. As of February 01, 2010,
YouTube has uploaded over 400 hours of content per minute, and YouTube is watching a
billion hours of content every day. According to Alexa Internet, in August
2012, it ranked the website as the second most popular site in the world.
